THE FLUID BOUNDARY

It is a profound cultural vision, giving life to a place dedicated to connection and collective wellbeing.

Verona Central Park rises within a place unlike any other, defined by its location, character and history. Today, this remarkable fragment of Verona, stretching for more than one kilometre from the Adige River to Porta Vescovo, is being reborn.

After years of abandonment, its 260,000 square metres have been restored to the city through demolition works, environmental regeneration and the recovery of historic buildings. At its heart lies a 180,000 square metre public park, the size of 24 football fields, enriched by more than 1,000 newly planted trees.

This development is far more than a residential project, it is an act of cultural restoration. The regeneration of the historic park does not simply preserve the past, but projects it into the future.

Within this urban ecosystem, the residences are not isolated volumes, but part of a shared living environment. From fitness facilities to spaces dedicated to sport and wellbeing, every element has been designed to encourage collective quality of life.

Living here means eliminating distances entirely. Verona’s historic centre is just minutes away, reachable on foot or by bicycle. The Santa Marta Faculty of Economics and the railway station are directly connected through the park, transforming everyday mobility into a simple and sustainable experience.
